An Examination Admission Card (受験票) will be given to the applicants whose applications have been accepted.

Send your application packet by registered post. Write “Application for the Doctoral Program” in red on the envelope. Your application packet must arrive at the Admissions Office within the Application Period. Please refer to the page of Contact for mailing address.
